We have just cured/ made sausage out of an Oxford Sandy and Black pig. Does anybody in N Cumbria, SW Scotland or Nothumberland have any home reared beef or chicken they want to swap for bacon, gammon or Cumberland sausage?
We live in CA8 but I work in Newcastle and we frequently travel to Lockerbie so anywhere off the A69 or M6/ M74 would be great.
