Due to change in circumstances (please see topics regarding FCS starter farm if you want more details) we are downsizing our sheep and pigs.
First up for sale are our two 13 month old gilts, ready to put to the boar.
Both well grown, friendly gilts of good shape and conformation, and would put to the boar ourselves, but our boar is their father!
One black and white, registered Awakino gilt (had 2 piri when registered but unfortunately lost one since, but doesn't detract from her quality).
The other is ginger and black, mostly ginger, with no piri. She is unregistered, because her mother was unregistered, but her mother is related to the other gilt, so also believed to be Awakino lines.
We would love these two to go to a breeding home as they are good quality gilts ready to go, but if they don't go to the boar soon, they are likely to have reduced chance of conceiving, so could end up as sausages.
Please let me know if you are interested in these by PM and I can give you any further details you may require.
