I thought I should start a new thread to answer your q about our foal. Here he is again if you missed the thread:

He is called Blaeberrys Borderreiver, born on April 16th. His mum is Hathear of Culblean (Abbey) who has Croila bloodlines, and dad is Mosside Campsie Glen from East Lothian. I'm no expert either but these things are interesting!
My other Highland is Mosside Eriskay, who comes from Fife:

She is a driving pony and has taught me to drive as I am a novice. In the second pic we are playing at clicker training 'stand on your mat'
Unfortunately I am selling Eriskay though, if I can find the right home as I haven't time to do everything.
I also have a lovely Welsh cob Carlgate Lady Jean and we enjoy hacking out:

I would love to hear about your Highland, Rosemary. Anyone else have ponies?

Love your foal Hope she stays that colour. My Highland mare (Glenmuir lines) foaled 2 weeks ago and i was fortunate enough to be there (at 5 05am). My filly is a silvery colour as yet unnamed cant make up my mind what to call her, stallion (Dunedin Marksman). Any gaelic/scottish names suggestions welcolmed.
Well done on the halter training of the foal most impressed. Mine managed to escape from the foal slip and is now wary about me getting near her to put it back on. Tomorrows project.

Just come on here today for the first time. what fab pictures! I have a Welsh cob section C, chestnut mare. Love her to bits, we enjoy hacking out and just messing aound. At present I have a damged foot so others are riding her for me. very frustrating and no improvement in sight!
