Can anyone recommened a good planning consultant ?

Ours was waste of money. I would go on your local planning portal and look for something you thought they would never get planning for and look who all the paperwork, it should all be online.

I used one and he was worth his weight in gold!  He ran circles round the little tin gods in Aberdeenshire Council.  Unfortunately for us but fortunately for him and Karen  he is retired :excited: and living the smallholder life in Orkney!
