 :wave: what characters! We have badger face sheep - very similar to lambs in pic 2. We decided to have lambs in May in order to ensure dry warm weather!!!! The sheep hate being inside - did bring a few in who had yet to lamb and had to let them go out as one or two were showing signs of stress. They have been so creative in searching out nooks and crannies - mostly in the gorse and copses- to avoid the worst of the weather - no wonder they have survived thousands of years. I honestly think that we would have had losses with many commercial breeds. Do you use theit fleeces? :raining: :sunshine:

Aye braw wee beastys shetland lambs.
Shetland sheep, Castlemilk Moorits sheep, Hebridean sheep, Scots Grey Bantams, Scots Dumpy Bantams. Shetland Ducks.
