There are occasionally manufacturing or licensing problems that crop up and make a product unavailable for the short or long term. Phone your Vet, they may have the answer and/or be able to suggest an alternative

It's Flubenvet. We buy layer pellets with in incorporated - much easier than messing about with the powder.

There seems to have been a manufacturing problem, most websites are showing likely date of30/04 for possible restocking, but so far no joy. The treated pellets are an option, but with a small flock I am not sure about the economics as they apparently don't keep.

I had some layers pellets mixed with Flubenvet powder which stayed in the mixing bucket for a couple of months.  When I looked at it last month it has clearly gone mouldy, although none of the other feed in the shed (concrete base, tin roof and sides lined with wood) had gone mouldy (including sow & weaner nuts, ewe feed, chick crumbs and milled mixed grain).  ?

I think so, but I'll have to ask em again as I've forgotten. :(

flubenvet in pellets only has a shelf life of a few weeks-the usual high heat treatment used in pellets can't be used once you add the drug as it makes it inactive.

farmandpetplace do Marriages 5kg and 10kg bags and delivery is very reasonable.
