Pics of my place
« on: May 02, 2015, 09:03:48 pm »
I finally got around to sorting some 'puter files out and a photobucket a/c so I thought I;d post some pics of my small farm. Some pics are over a year old including my aged mum but they give a feel for the place.

Most recent: view from far field hill.. all four filed are mine. The right hand far field includes woodland above..

This view to the left includes the third filed in the distance and is towards the house side of the holding:

View from the house across the valley with my veggie patches.

Towards the right from the house across the valley..2 of the 3 ponds visible:

Left from the house.. chcken run and some lawns (and mum)

My hobby shed and greenhouses:

I put this pics in just because.. some nights in autumn with a red sunset the hill catches fire:

One of my woodland walks. This is above middle field. Dally and Collie are mine. Rotty was on loan/test but turned out to be an escape artist one could spend all day looking for. This tiem of year it's a bluebell fest to the right of that path.. should take some pics of that really...

..and there ya go...

That looks fab - I want to live there  :eyelashes:
Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.

:sunshine:  Lovely & very pleasing. :excited:

  Can you tell me where you buy the striped grass seed for the grass that you have growing in the fields .
Is it the same place as where you get the Sky Hooks and tartan paint ?  :roflanim:
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting
