Lamb meat prices

I'm sure this has probably been posted a million times but,

Does anybody have a price list of what they charge for lamb, the cuts individually and for half a lamb or whole lamb?
Thanks

I only sell lamb as either a half or full one. I asked someone who has a stall on the local farmers market and he quoted me  £7 a kilo. I work out the price on that basis then usually round it down a bit because I am selling to friends and neighbours. Hope this helps!

Depends where you are.... we farm in Wales but sell lamb in SE where we got £9 /kg last autumn for a half lamb.   Also going to depend on breed and who you are selling too.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Have had a look at the eblex site for traditional butchery based on the prices for all the cuts sold seperately it would average out at around £10/kg for a half or whole butchered lamb - quite a bit more than we charge but we are not selling the individual cuts/joints.

Ok well our £80/half divides up as following- leg into 2 joints, shoulder into 2 joints, 10-14 chops, 2 neck slices, breast and offal if desired. Last year our lambs weighed in cut up at 10.5kg -13.5kg. We had 1 lamb who weighed in at 17kg per half. None of them were fat though just large framed lambs.
