Having had a near-miss in October with our Land Rover Discovery breaking down ( temporarily, thank god) on the M61 while towing our 2 massive horses, we thought we'd better make sure about recovery for towing horses.
We were a bit stunned to find that our ordinary RAC membership didn't cover us. We have now bought an add-on for £45 pa, which seems like pretty good value to me. Its with PRP Rescue and they were very nice to deal with.
