The Farms Foreman rang me yesterday."Afnoon George If you've time after 10am tomorrow pop up to Pimlico we have a new Verveat 17 ton 6 row beet machine on demo; So off we toddled when the steets had got aired this mornin. What a mess you lads and lasses with pigs keep saying its muddy.Well it was up at Pim you should see it.The headlands where the machine had passed numerous times, the squad was up to the wellies tops.I received a fair amount of slaver like If you hadn't got rid of the Landie you could have followed it up the field.I can in this but it will make the poor old girl need a bath so I wont bother thank you It was managing 6 rows at 6/7kpm so I have no idea how it performs in good going. ;D :farmer:
Don't do today what can be put off until tomorrow because today will be yesterday tomorrow
