What would you 'use' a portacabin for?

Looking for ideas, were in the process of having a large barn demolished, managed to move the resident portacabin  it has 3 rooms, bath room & shower room (all disconnected) removed all appliances lighting etc so mainly just a shell, nice and bright, secure, etc....so...what would you use it for?
At the moment I'm thinking the chickens may enjoy inhabiting it!  :chook:

I think I'd look into cold storage for curing and/or a butchery area. No idea if it would be psosible but its what I'd look into :)
