Looking for ideas, were in the process of having a large barn demolished, managed to move the resident portacabin

it has 3 rooms, bath room & shower room (all disconnected) removed all appliances lighting etc so mainly just a shell, nice and bright, secure, etc....so...what would you use it for?
At the moment I'm thinking the chickens may enjoy inhabiting it!

Black the windows out and grow mushrooms.

Or turkeys ....? need to ensure ventilation is very good, though. Feed store?

I think I'd look into cold storage for curing and/or a butchery area. No idea if it would be psosible but its what I'd look into
