Very Successful Lambing!
« on: March 12, 2015, 09:09:57 pm »
Sorry that i forgot to update you all sooner but i have been very busy with exams. Out of 6 ewes we got 11 lambs! 5 doubles and a single. But bad news as the single lambs mother died after lambing so she is now feeding from the bottle but they are all doing well! Approx 3-4 weeks old, will post pictures soon! Thanks everyone for your help and tips! :sheep: :sheep: :sheep: :sheep:

So jealous!!!  17 lambs and 14 of them rams!!!  The one year I wanted to keep some decent ewe lambs, 2 of the 3 ewe lambs arnt from a ewe I want to keep as replacements!!

And the year that I will be sending on nearly all my lambs...so far 5 out of 6 are ewe lambs.  Means I have to make the horrible choices again. :-\
Grass and  :sunshine: how did you manage that Emmett?  Grey skies and rain here in Dorset.
