I have 4 acres of well fenced well watered level land split in to 2 paddocks with excellent access and I am looking for someone who would like to graze the land with some interesting sheep.
We live on site so there is excellent security, and I am happy to let the land for the princely sum of £ 1 .00 per year, preferably to someone who is just starting out and needs some help.
The paddocks are near Devauden Monmouthshire.
