Carrot help!
« on: May 10, 2008, 09:05:09 am »
This is probably going to sound ridiculous to some of you but here goes anyway:
I've sown carrot seeds this year for the first time ever and I have seedlings coming up, the problem is I have something else coming up too and they seem to also be coming up in rows  ???. I know I only sowed one type of carrot so the other is obviously weed.
Now I thought that the carrots would be the ones that look like grass coming up but my friend seems to think that the cress looking ones are the carrots. Which is it?

Sorry it's such an anal question but I'd like to know.
