I am grinning all over my face

I'm sure you've sent a copy of these pics to jaykay? (As I don't think she comes on here any more.)
Chad (who I think is the son of the ewe in your first pic - the one I called Smiler) was put out on 23rd Oct, so his lambs could have started coming on Thursday just gone. I don't think the first few will be long

These two are 3/4 Shetland, the one on the left has some BFL, the one on the right some Castlemilk Moorit. I have taken pics of my ewe from jaykay, black Anya Tatty Ears (who I've renamed Tatiana - Tatty Anya, lol, Anya for short

) - but being jet black she's not very photogenic, at least not to someone with my (lack of) skill.
I have of course not encouraged Chad to get pally, but Anya and her last year's daughter Carrie are both quick enough to come up for a sneaky digestive

. Anya had a bit of a reaction to her Heptavac, and clearly much appreciated the personal attention - it's made her even more friendly.
I too am delighted with my Shetlands.

So much so I am even thinking about chasing up their pedigree papers and registering the pedigree offspring...

And that's before I even get my hands on their fleeces!

I do hope you have a spectacular lambing with them, and that you get at least one lambing on Angus' birthday

jaykay used to describe Shetland lambs as kittens - bouncy fluffy lively bundles of fun. Can't wait for mine!
