I like my wood stove!
« on: January 06, 2010, 12:57:14 am »
Boy do I like my wood stove!  Right now MDW is watching TV with the two shitzus in the family room with our wood stove.  Nice and warm and toasty.

Last year I cut over 3 cords of wood.  I sold a one and am burning the rest.  Nothing beats the warmth from a nice bed of coals.  Nothing beats wood heat.  Warm when you cut, warm when you split/stack and warm when you burn.

I hear it is cold in the UK.  It hasn't risen above 35F here in the last few days.  Colder this weekend.

I wonder if my Meyer's Lemon Tree will make it ... it is early winter don't you know.

Stay warm.
Best Regards,
Jim

Funny how we do low temperatures in Celsius and high temperatures in Farenheit. Maybe 0 doesn't sound as bad as -32 and 70 sound better than 20!
