Today we received our order from " Weschenfelder Direct " not only did we choose to have various herbs and 10 stainless steel meat hooks , we decided to have one of their starter packa for 30 pound of sausages that comes with everything needed save the meat ( to give it a try out mainly ) .
It also comes with a sausage making book , which I found very informative and looks like it's going to get a lot of use .
Has anyone else got and used Weschenfelder's " The Sausage book by Paul Peacock ( ISBN 978-1-904871-44-6 ), if so what are your thoughts & suggestions on it ?
