I have been laid up for a week now recovering from abdominal surgery and my little cat Scooby has not left my side except to go out and have some food (nothing prevents him from eating).  He has purred gently and licked my hand when the pain was very bad. What a star he is. I don't think I would have got through it without him.  :)

Aww, you hear of dogs doing that but I think it's more unusual for a cat. Good old Scooby.
I hope you are on the mend now.

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery :hug
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
