Well I look my first cow to slaughter this week a 14 month old jersey the way I saw it he had 14 months life more with me than he would have had otherwise.....I have a question about how much I will get back he weighed in at 315kg live weight....as he was a dairy breed I presume he won't kill out as well as others I've read so many diffrent things most Common is 45% back 65% waste
