Property and land for sale at auction
« on: October 01, 2014, 05:56:18 pm »
Here's an auction lot someone might be interested in. Farmhouse part renovated along with 8+ hectares in Kirknewton. Offers around £150,000. Having bought before through this auction house I'd recommend first going in with an offer well below the asking price...you'd be surprised how low some sellers will go to get rid of a property. And there's the catch...if you can attend one of the 10min viewings take a surveyor with you...there's always a reason behind an auction sale. Chances are its inhabitable and therefor unmortgageable so try and sort out funding elsewhere.  :fc:
