Cockeral which does not crow! Genetic breakthough???

We have a silkie Cockeral who has never found his voice...in 2 months...Is this typical of the breed or should I patent his genes!

I'm sure he'll find his voice in time and annoy the neighbours! ;D

Our silkie cock (!) has a very croaky crow.......like he's on 60-fags-a-day!  It kind of tails off, like "cock a dooood agg!" at the end.
so yours will likely find his crow (probably at 3am!) when you least expect it

If not, I'll take a genetic clone for the peace and quiet!
