Sad about the death last week of Al Martino.

Sandy I think there are 2 possibly 3 that may be good but the others are dreadful INHO. Having had lots of spare time this week I have discivered Paloma Faith and her new album - now there is a STAR.

Her single is great, but I'm always a bit skeptical of buying albums incase the single is the only good song on it.  Is it really that good?  My favorite to listen to is Jack Savoretti at the moment.

He's got a lovely voice - kinda reminds me a bit of Lynard Skynnard.
I'm loving Jason Mraz - this song's got such a happy vibe

I never buy albums these days, I play all my music through "Spotify". It is completely safe and legal, you do not download any on to your PC and can listen to almost anything you want. www.spotify.com - you will get a small advert every 10 minutes or so but I pay £9.99 a month as I use this to play all music in the hotel and get no adverts. You can make play lists, save albums on a play list etc. I think it's a great and safe system and Yes Paloma Faith's album is brilliant, I think! Listen for free on spotify.

I think Cheryl was singing for real, but why has she got a song where she is struggling to reach the low notes.  The dancing and higher notes were great!  In fact she surprised me!

Whitney Huston looked a bit rough and not really with it - does she have a drug/drink problem?  Something seemed just a bit odd about her! ???

I'm glad I'm not the only Spotify addict, James! My oldest usually hogs it and the only negative is that you can't download to put it on a MP3 or I-pod (or cd...) yet - about to change I think! I love Spotify to check out songs and artists I only know the name of, and you get the whole song as many times as you want, not only a taster for 20 seconds. :&>

It looked as though she was "out of her box" didn't it? Whitney and her husband are well known druggies but she claims to have cleaned up her act and got her life back. Not last night she didn't! Looking forward to seeing what the press make of her performance.

Have just "googled" this mornings papers and there appears to be a public out cry at the state of Whitney and they also claim she did not sing live. Cheryl Colse is getting great reviews and the "Mail" claims she sang the first verse live and then it was pre recorded - the wonders of technology!
