Hi. I am looking to start a small flock of Dorper sheep here in Brittany, but can't find a uk breeder who will supply and transport to France,I have exhausted all avenues here in France,so if anyone knows of a breeder that would be willing to arrange transport love to hear from you.sabc15.

Exporting from UK to France is a hassle---try from Germany/Netherlands instead it should be cheaper
Start your search here www.nolana-schafe.de

Funnily enough, I sheared a White Dorper this afternoon.  I say 'sheared', but it was more of a mat removal - came off in one solid, felted, hairy sheet.
I don't know of a breeder, but I could ask the lady whose sheep it was to see if she could put you in contact with them.
Or try http://www.dorpersheepsociety.co.uk/ - if you haven't already.
Carefully shearing small flocks throughout the South-West.
