We've been sorting through my mum's things and we found some antique egg grading scales! They are continental and maybe one of you can help me figure it out:
smallest size is 0 with 40-45 g, then D 45-50, C 50-55, B 55-60, A 60-65 and S for eggs 65 - 80 g.
Does that correspond with UK grades today? I can't get the 0 setting right yet, as all the eggs I weighed seem to be the largest class but they are quite different in size...??
