Empty Pig Ark

My two Kune-Kune  pigs went last week. We use Milers of Speyside and they are very good. OH did the butchering himself. I did all the packing. tiring job as we were at it all day. My mornings are just not the same. No pigs makes life quite. Keep thinking I have not fed everything in the morning. Hope to have another two by the winter, order in already.

did you wait for the carcuss or go back another day to collect it.
we havent kept pigs since the inverurie abattoir closed so was wondering the logistics with millers being quite far from us. we also butchered ours so only need them killed.
