I *think* we've got lucky - hatch of 5 and only one is displaying any signs of being a cockerel  :fc:   'his' comb is larger and redder than the others, 'he' attacks my hand when I pick him up and he struts (which for a small pekin bantam with funny feathered feet is obviously pretty cute & its hard to not giggle at 'him')
Can we eat bantams? is it worth the effort or are they too tiny?
