Could any one help regards what measure of Pastor I should used for a 20L back pack sprayer for a two acre area to remove broad leaf, nettles and thistles

states 4L/ hectare which is near enugh your 2 acres...but i don't see how you can spray 2 acres with just one 20L backpack full.

Ony way i see is to work out the area you comfortably do with say 1/4 backpack and do the simple math to work out your number of backpacks and how much each packful

Pastor is made for machine spraying, if you're going to use a knapsack then you should use Grazon Pro (or similar).

The dilution for Grazon Pro is 60ml of herbicide to 10 litres of water.
