Getting everything ready for farrowing

Well my gilt is due mid June I like to be prepared she will farrow outside in an ark she currently lives with a 6 month old gilt and they are the best off friends oviously I will need too split them soon I have some weaners next door which I'm going to put the 6 month old gilt in with will the pregnant gilt be ok on her own with the other just next door or shall I keep the older gilt with her till she farrows??

She'll be fine with her next door, I wouldn't bother separating them until 2 weeks before she farrows. Good luck hope all goes well. :fc:
