Wanted to buy/rent, few acres of land
« on: October 10, 2009, 11:09:17 pm »
Hiya  :)

Am looking for a few acres of land, minimum of an acre really, but two or three acres, even four, would be ideal. Doesn't need to have planning permission,or any likelihood of getting it, or any facilities, just looking for a bog standard field. Something steeply sloped would be no good, but gently sloping, or sloping in parts, would be fine. Ideally, would like to buy outright, but would consider a long term rent. Am based in Gloucester at the moment, so would love to find something in Gloucestershire or surrounding counties, but would consider anywhere in England and Wales, possibly even as far as Scotland if something perfect came up. Have a realistic but not huge budget, so anything considered - something that needed a lot of work to make it 'useable' or was off the beaten track wouldn't be a problem.

I know small plots of land like this at sensible prices are like hen's teeth, but if anyone hears of anything, please let me know  :)
