We were on an accidental smallholder course almost two years ago, while there we did say what our intentions were and were asked to keep you guys up to date... A lesson on lawyers and the CC as this has been a long drawn out process.. However we have now just got hold of the Croft we were after. For those that want a look http://www.croftforsale.com while the site lasts in the off-grid location of Scoraig. Now the real fun begins.........

Exciting !  My best friend's cousin used to live in the area and it sounded idyllic but very hard work - but I guess you know that or you wouldn't be going there. Folk on here are great and will be ready with support and advice when you want it. We all like pictures too!
Best of wishes for your adventure.
With 1 Angora and now 6 pygmy goats, Jacob & Icelandic sheep, chooks, a cat and my very own Duracell bunny aka BH !

We are just back from Scoraig doing the wind turbine workshop by Hugh Piggott... http://scoraigwind.co.uk
The next bit is the actual move up, so looking to source a quad and boat. Hopefully we will be able to get moving in the next few weeks.
