So if you want to support this new event for smallholders and crofters that's being held on 31st May at Thainstone Agricultural Centre, get your schedule and entry forms from spring.scottishsmallholdershow.co.uk and get them in for Friday (we will take entries that arrive in the post on Monday 12th  ).

Don't forget, as well as classes for sheep, cattle, goats (BGS recognised), pigs, poultry and waterfowl, there are also classes for food (including sausages, sponsored by BPA) and crafts - so have a rake in the cupboard and bring your handiwork along
