For anyone that is interested the property will be on the market with The Smallholding company Newcastle Emlyn from the end of this week.

I have now put this with the smallholder estate agent in Newcastle Emlyn and the details are on zoopla along with pics...I have had a lot of interest but some from people who need to sell their places so it is still for sale
