I have a recipe for a baked cheesecake that used the greek yogurt and our own eggs. I use it to convert anyone that is suspicious of goaty food.  :)

This sounds yummy, can you give us the recipe?  :yum:

Sorry, only just logged in again. Of course!!! But be warned, its delish.

Use a 9" springform tin.

For the base
8oz digestive biscuits - blitzed
2oz sugar
2 and a half oz of butter. melted.

Mix base ingredients and press into the bottom of lightly greased tin and put into the fridge.

For the topping

750ml greek yogurt
2 tablespoon plain flour
4 large eggs
6oz sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat eggs , sugar,  vanilla and flour together until well blended. Gently whisk in the yogurt and pour batter onto the chilled base.
Bake for 45 - 50 mins at 180C Should have a little bit of wobble in the middle.

Turn off oven and let it cool in the oven. Or put it in the lower oven if you have a range cooker. It needs to cool slowly or the top will crack. (Which makes no difference to the taste!!!) Refrigerate for 4  hours or overnight.

I have also made a lemon version by just adding the zest of a large unwaxed lemon.

Good luck and don't blame me if your jeans wont zip up.
