viewed another good option today..23 acres…. it would have been perfect…if the place wasn't already under offer with the 2nd estate agent that the 1st knew nothing about ..plus i didn't like the fact that the shooting and fishing rights belong to someone else……. the search continues

the career change will come once i have the land HesterF 
the only problem is when the market picks up, the prices go up too …the search continues

yes and no..we did look at wales, but that ended up in what could have been grief..so Devon is going to be our spot, plus i have a disabled sister here , so i don't want to be a million miles away
