Why can't these people be honest…

looked at a nice field with a barn..barn was a wreck..but that was ok…so i asked if there where any known issues..
none at all i was told…guy lived on the field for the last 30 years

so!!! we went to have a look…would have been lovely…apart from..guy never had permission to live there..planning actually said a straight forward No way..and the entrance is on a Private track that will not be giving any right of way

so there you have it..a land locked piece of land with barn…  ;D it pays to do the research

ps..the neighbours informed the estate agents of the issues

i was married to an estate agent - compare them to used car salesmen and dont believe a word they say. they are paid on commission and in my experience they are cheating barstewards, professionally. iv heard the talk behind the scenes so i would never trust them.
hopefully the system is better in scotland where it is more solicitor led.
i would however be interested in buying at auction.
