Not certain what is going on. Fortunately my mifi is under a different contract otherwise I would be completely stuck

I am about to change my mobile ph, and they talked me into a Galaxy but when it arrived it was too big for me to comfortably use so I sent it straight back. I can only assume they have made a mistake and switched the old phone off. but now I have no way to contact them. All the site says is phone, which I can't or visit a shop, which I can't
I have put up a couple of messages on their forum, but am not hopeful of a response
