Hi Linda,

I think I said probably before, and I want to say yes but I won't know 100% until Friday eve (may need to work monday if i don't finish friday) - is that too late for a definite answer?

That is fine Marcus ....
Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Hi guys

Sorry I won't be able to make it today, hope you have a lovely day.

Moving cattle up to our other plot because of the weather, dry spot up there.
Also moving pigs, yet again 3rd time I may add, have 2 litters due.

But hope to catch up in next meet.

Regards ruth

Just wanted to say thank you Linda for hosting the get-together, lovely to meet everyone, we both really enjoyed it. The mud and rain might be the same, but the welcome and views were well worth it

 Thank you everyone for coming ..... even the weather couldn't dampen the spirits of enthusiastic smallholders taking comfort from all being in the same boat (maybe not the best saying in the current climate!)

Many thanks for the cake donations.

I hope we can meet again soon (End March/early April?)

Well most of the good things have been said so I'd better think of some thing better.

Great to meet all of you some for the second time, some not.
I just loved the black Dexters.. when you eat them is it one or two to a plate ?? :roflanim:

It was interesting to hear about the fertilizer spreader on the back of the quad and the use of a part of an old harrow set to scarify the grass lands to invigorate the grass to grow well .
From what I've seen not many of the farming folk around here do anything but graze with sheep .
It was surprising to see just how big the wind supplied free firewood supply is on the holding. All you have to do now is drag it all back to the home base for cutting up

Thanks for a pleasant afternoon out .
