We may have been misled, but we were told that as we supply other people with water we have to test it daily, we also send it to the water company for microbiology testing monthly cost approx. £60 p.a & £950 p.a

As for off  grid electricity you would definitely need turbine & solar panels along with a gene as a back up, the most reliable power source is hydro is there a river on site?

As for 12 hook ups at what amperage as most sites are 16A now however if only tents you may get away with 6A, how do you intend to supply 12 x even 6A at night when the wind has dropped ? gene ? 45KVA at least then

As for B&B its not as difficult as you may think
Fridge = Gas
Freezer = Gas
Washing machine = Elec/Gas
Dryer = Gas
Ironing press = Gas
Cookers/hobs = Gas
Hot water = Gas
Mind you 1 x washer, dryer & press is £20k

Saying that I'd pay £150 a night just to come and have a look at how someone is managing a B&B off grid.

Spend £50k on solar or wind turbine & the electricity company will connect you in for free.
You then get free leccy plus £5k a year in feed in's (assuming you get 50KW)
Hydro comes down to £1k a KW after approx. 15KW, solar & turbines only come down to £1k mark at about 50KW
