A big hello.
« on: January 22, 2014, 04:18:30 pm »
Hello, i have just joined this brill website and want to introduce ourselves.

Im Ciaran and my partner is Rhiannon.

We have been keeping animals for about 15 years now, starting off with chickens then ducks, of course a border collie called Dyfry, and expanding the numbers we now also have Ty and Mist, we compete them at agility and have lots of fun.

Well the animals just keep on growing, we rehomed a horse, put lots of work into her, Non (short for Rhiannon) came off her and badly broke her ancle and heal, so until we can train her to pull a plough, a big soft field ornament she is. So another horse was rehomed, she can be ridden and also pulls a cart, but six weeks later she dropped a lovely filly, wasn't expecting a bogof!!!

Since then we have expanded further. Quail next which are fantastic, and pigs.

Have to go out and feed now so more later.

Cheers Ciaran.

Back from the big feed!!!

I'm in Northamptonshire.

Now back to our animals before Dyfry starts barking to get taken out for the evening slip in the mud!!!

THE PIGGIES. We have 3 amazing Sows, Bella, a Large black, Wurly, a Mangaliza and Tammy (nickname tanny the tangerine) a Oxford sandy and black. 3 brilliant rare breeds, i can watch them all day, they magic time away, especially when the little ones come along!!  All 3 have piglets at the mo ranging from 12 week old mangas, 8 week old OSB's and 2week old L B's.    :excited:
