can anyone help - I'm after some calcified seaweed fertiliser similar to seactiv as sold by Mole Valley http://www.molevalleyfarmers.com/mvf/store/products/seactiv-calcified-seaweed-25kg. The problem is Mole Valley don't deliver this product and I'm over 3hours drive from the nearest mole valley store. I've found other suppliers of calcified seaweed products but there at least double the price. :(
Does anyone know of any suppliers that do deliver (and charge a reasonable price)?
Thanks

Hello, Did anyone manage to find a supplier of Calcified seaweed other than Mole Valley. I live in North Yorkshire and the delivery  costs are not very friendly  :(

may depend on amount you're after. mole valley recently bought out farmway which I understand is being rebranded mole country stores. not sure if they will stock supplies in branch 25k bags. if you needed 6tonnes plus ( would do 30 acres at recommended application rate) pm me and I could work out a price. not sure if anyone other than us (MV) stock it as we are sole distributors in mainland uk for roullier group who produce the product- physiolith

The horse feed people Simple Systems do it and you can get it through local distributors. Not sure how it compares on price though.
Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.

fresh washed seaweed is slightly better than calcified but a little awkward to apply to land, dried seaweed is the next best then the calcified, though the calcified is the easiest to use.

Lots of companies sell it if they have any in stock

How much do you want ??
