Moving to Pembrokeshire
« on: December 06, 2013, 04:39:27 pm »
Just to say hello and introduce ourselves, we are Ken and Elaine and we will be moving to Pembrokeshire next week to an 8 acre smallholding in Llanfyrnach, East Pembrokeshire. We've been keeping an eye on this site for a while but waiting til we had exchanged on the contracts for the house.
Looking forward to hearing from people in the area and welcome any hints as we get started.
A lot of work to do over the coming months before we get the usual livestock in the spring.
Ken

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Linda, getting there slowly and not been on the TV yet, can't be long now. How's my pond doing at your place, being lovingly cared for I trust.

Over in Caerphilly, but not a million miles away, should you need any advice. Feel free to get in touch. Good luck with it all. Liz

Beewyched, thanks for that, see you are into bees so we will hopefully be picking your brains next year and hope to meet up one day as you are not too far away.
Liz, we have met at the Builth Wells show this year, started picking your brains there and we have the books as well  :)

No problem - anyone who can find them is more than welcome to pick away  ;D

Shame I must have missed you at Builth - but you may have seen me about ... I was the one with purple hair & the Kunekunes, usually wearing dungarees when the white coat's not on - once met never forgotten, or so I'm told  :innocent:
