I've never been sent a form, not in the last six years anyway.
Being certain just means you haven't got all the facts

I've not had the form either, last year I had it, sent it in then they claimed they hadn't had it >:( . I sent another but warned them I wouldn't be doing it a third time. If they send me a form I'll complete it. Otherwise they can whistle, I have the records here and they have my address and email add.

This was sent electronically this time so check your emails as there is a two week window and no reminder. There may be a link on the defra website.

Normally you are sent a paper form that you fill in to show how many of each animal you keep. Now they are doing this electronically.

Ours still came in paper format (it is pink), but we are in Scotland.  Ours is to be done today.  I love the questions they ask you at the end about how many pieces of totally random machinery - different random ones each year - this year it is hedge cutters and cattle weigh crates.

If you have a cph number, any livestock (sheep, goats, chickens) you normally get a flock return form in December which must be returned by end of the month. I suppose if they don't contact you then don't worry. If concerned though contact your council contact who gets your movement forms for advice.

Mmmmmh...  :-\ I normally only have to complete my sheep/goats form (by the end of January with a count on 01st January each year) and that comes from the Scottish Government. I only had to complete the DEFRA form once and was then told to be too small to count.... so never done anything either.

They certainly don't have my email address!

As far as I am aware, it usually comes somewhen in December, to be completed by Jan 01 or am I wrong?
