a hello again from sussex
« on: November 28, 2013, 10:36:59 pm »
hello everyone, ive been registered on here awhile and very seldom post but read every thread! We have finally have the opportunity to buy some land about 10 mins from home  :excited:  we have very clear ideas where we want to go with this but need some help from you guys, if youre wiiling.
Half the land will be used for soays (hopefully) and the other half for an income. its about 8 acres in all so was thinking of a very small flock and see how we go. Im rubbish with computers so i cant find the thread that details what we should be looking at for the land. Starting at rights of way etc. as its a lot of money, we want to make sure that even as novices, we can look at the land and go "yay or nay". its slightly slopping, small shelter at the edge with hard drive to it, badly / rottining fence, no neighbours with a right of way shared with a big water company. It has no water or power and registered as rough grazing edged by trees etc. The shelter is a storage unit classified for storing household items but I assume (?) i can apply for a change of use to store feed etc.
Can anyone give me the link so I can read through the thread or offer top tips to make sure we are getting our moneys worth.
thanks guys  :fc:
