North Pennines AONB smallholder network
« on: October 02, 2013, 08:14:28 am »

Just in case anyone in the North Pennines area isn't aware yet, the AONB  people are organising a few meetings during November to discuss how they can help smallholders. One at Garrigill (12 Nov), one at Eggleston (13 Nov) and the last is at Allendale (20 Nov).
Definitely seems worth the trip if only for the free tea and cake!  :excited:

further details are on their website...

Sounds great, will you be at the Allendale one?  Or can't wait and will go to Garrigill?

We could have a TAS meetup at one of them...

Allendale for me as it's just down the road from our place!

Hopefully there will be more than just me and the wife turning up...  ;D

Following on from the recent smallholder network meetings that were run by the North Pennines AONB, there is now an "official" North Pennines Smallholders website. This is just starting up but will hopefully help bring together like-minded people from the whole North Pennines.

Obviously there isn't much to see on the website just yet but that will change over time as more and more people get involved.

So if you live in or around the North Pennines then please sign up and as a starting point please post some general information about your own situation/circumstances to introduce yourself

Thanks!
