Ram lamb born April 2013. Up to date with wormer etc but has been losing condition. He's looking thin and has mucky bum. He's grazing and drinking (does seem to drink more than the others).
In with the flock who have all kept their condition and are fine.
Can't see anything that he might have eaten that the whole flock doesn't have access to.
Any ideas?

NB: Just seen him pee, looks a bit cream in colour.

It may be that he has internal organ damage and require a vet   , personaly in a similar situation i would give a different wormer and treat for cocci and if this is the problem then the dirty bum should dry up in a day or so  , you have no fluke ??  a shot of  b12 or multivit will help also , but if  the dirty bum and i assume anemia persist you really need the vet

Might be worth separating him from the rest until you know what the problem is.

I was thinking cocci too. Might be worth  getting an egg count, to see whats lurking about

Good advice already, I would treat for cocci asap (may need 2 separate doses) and fluke/worm.

Sounds exactly like problem we had last year. Turned out to be cocci as others have suggested.  I'd separate cos it spreads like wildfire

Thanks for the replies. Have treated for cocci, and am watching him closely.
Difference in symptoms between cocci and fluke?
If needed, what's the waiting period before threating for Fluke - don't want to o.d. the poor fella.
