Hi all - anyone got any nice recipes.


I have loads of lovely big tomatoes and if I wasnt selling and moving I would be freezing and preserving like mad, but no point 


I have done various stuffed tomato recipes over the years involving mince, or cooked rice or breadcrumbs, but have to say nothing ever really did it for me 


My standbys were sliced tomatoes with cream garlic and herbs or tomato soup, but theres only so much of that I can eat at one go and I am trying to empty all the freezers so I can sell them.


So has anyone got a really lovely stuffed tomato recipe they would like to share  or something else to cook for one (dog hates tomatoes)
