I have never had White Orpington chickens before and have decided to hatch them out. I have three and at present are waiting for another to hatch. One is mostly yellow with a few slightly darker bits and the other two are much darker. The two hatched last week are already getting the wing feathers which are white. Just wondering if the different coloured chicks is the difference between male and female. Does anybody know as I cannot find much information on white orpington chicks.
