I was just about to order my copy, until I saw that I had to have a Danish Pastry with it.

The Andrew Lea book 'Craft Cider Making' is a must have book. I've got a copy but I ate the Danish Pastry ages ago.

I ordered yesterday and apparently it's been dispatched. Next batch of apple juice will have some set aside for cider.
