I don't but its the price to pay for living in heaven, I think, otherwise everyone would be here!

Next few days more of the same, might ease towards the end of the week.
Yesterday at work we ran the boats around into sheltered harbour and the boss reckons we have a few days off  ;) .
Stay warm dry n safe y'all.

Here is Shropshire it has been rainy on and off all day and windy but not excessively so. I assumed it would just get worse during the evening but the sun peeped through. Maybe we've missed it. I hope.

Its certainly chilly but not windy and its dry  .....I hate the winds, we had to cut a load of trees down a few years ago just in case, at least the house we are moving to :fc:  has no trees and nothing to blow off.......I find it interesting that us in the hillfoots get milder weather

iv had to get the dog coat out for my terrier again as they poor peedie pup is shivering. i was hoping he might have toughened up now hes almost 1 but maybe not. its a shame hes not tougher as the  coats tend to rub his skin.

Been blowing all night and most of today up here in North Cornwall, just to show how windy it is the ducks and chooks have stayed inside so far today. And the last rain shower drenched me through.  The wind has put pay to todays work was hoping to finish the shed roof covering it all in steel profile sheets prior to winter coming hope I am not too late.

Sunny but chilly this morning and I managed to get out on my mobility scooter but the rain and wind were back this afternoon.

Definitely much cooler this morning. Autumn is rapidly arriving. I have even had to put socks on this morning!

The wind went but it left the rain behind.
