Ovine Movement Forms

Hi! I've just got my CPH number and flock number but I don't know where i can get hold of movement forms or books etc.
Can anyone help me?

Your local county council should provide you with as many as you think you'll need. Think it's through the environmental health department. Can't help on flock books I'm afraid. Do all mine on computer and through registering breedworthy specimens with the breed society.

you can download movement forms and flock register from defra although I was sent a flock register when I got cph number etc.
you can also get movement forms from your local market or trading standards

For both cattle and sheep, when we rang animal health to get a flock number, they sent us a welfare guide for keepers and a book of movement forms. (now replaced by online for cattle)
